Crafty Queens Book

Ok, I'm going to keep this short and sweet... I am suffering from 'Scrappers Neck'. This newly named, but old familiar complaint, is an unwelcome result of some power scrapping yesterday. I attended the Crafty Queens monthly workshop where we produced the most amazing book. Eve is truly talented!

I have mine mostly covered - I kept going once I got home... so that was probably 12 hours with the knife, glue and paper - hence the very sore neck, from crafting too much! But here is the result (so far..)

  1. You should have seen the original that the Crafty Queen herself, Eve, produced - a real work of art :)

  2. That's fab. Well done. You've great dedication. A hot bath and some lavender oil should help those muscles relax.

  3. Thanks Orlaith - I just wanted to get it done cause if I had put it away for later, god knows how long it would have been before I ever got it finished. That bath sounds like a very good idea...

  8. Well done Triona - mine is still bare! Thinking of using different paper to suit grey cardstock and will use Glitz paper elsewhere. I know cardstock can be inked but I was thinking of when you open the pockets and they are grey it really doesn't suit the paper. Would have prepared brown cardstock that Eve used but no biggy will use blue/grey toned papers. Nit picking I know! Anyway Scrapper's Neck is a new one - have you heard of Crafter's Spread? Seems to come on rapidly at crops! LOL

  10. You know Maria, think you're right on the brown vs grey... it was only that I am terminally unobservant and didn't notice! I've been inking like crazy...
